RESALE AND TRANSFER OF RACE NUMBER

On the official resale platform, you can purchase tickets from other participants who are no longer able to take part in the BESTSELLER Aarhus City Half. Payment is handled through Aarhus Motion, which then transfers the amount to the seller – your guarantee of a safe and secure purchase.

Once the payment has been completed, the ticket is automatically transferred to you, and the original owner can no longer use it. A service fee applies and is paid by the buyer.

HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR RACE NUMBER

Both runners must have a profile on aarhusmotion.dk

The seller must go to their profile on aarhusmotion.dk

Select the ticket under “My Tickets”.

Select “Changes” and then “Sell/Transfer Ticket” on the ticket itself.

There are now two options for buying and selling: 1) Sell to runners from the resale pool, where tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, 2) or sell to someone you know.

Resale

It is permitted to transfer or resell race numbers. However, under the Danish “Act on the Resale of Tickets for Cultural and Sporting Events,” it is not permitted to sell or resell tickets at inflated prices, and Aarhus Motion strongly opposes this practice. If this occurs, Aarhus Motion reserves the right to cancel the race number and remove the participant from the start list. In cases of force majeure, the participation fee cannot be refunded.

PARTICIPATION FEE

Registration for the BESTSELLER Aarhus City Half is binding, and the participation fee is non-refundable. It cannot be transferred to next year’s event either. This also applies if the race is cancelled or interrupted due to force majeure. Please note that the T-shirt, wardrobe bag, water bottle, and medal will not be shipped.

GROUP / COMPANY REGISTRATION

If you wish to participate as a company or larger group, it is possible to register 10 or more people through a combined group or company registration. This makes the registration process easier and allows payment by invoice.
